Lagoon is a brand dedicated to life and freedom, born from the dream of combining travel with spacious comfort.

The Lagoon Catamaran is the result of a collaboration between CNB, one of the most respected shipyards in the superyacht industry, and the Bénéteau Group, a global leader in cruise production.

If it's your first time stepping aboard the Lagoon 440, you'll be impressed by the available space.

Launched in 2004, the Lagoon 440 catamaran was the first catamaran under 45 feet to feature a fly bridge and a unique seagull wing-shaped nacelle. With a production of 432 units, the Lagoon 440 catamaran set world records for the catamaran range under 45 feet.

The Lagoon 440 sailboat is a habitable cruising catamaran built by the Lagoon shipyard in France. It was designed by naval architects Marc Van Peteghem/Vincent Lauriot Prévost and installed on a sloop with a length of 13.61m. Production started in 2004.

VPLP Architect engineers carefully combined aesthetics and performance to design this true ocean suite. The family-friendly features of this offshore multihull make it a seaside platform once anchored, with easy access to the transom and rear gangway, allowing access from one transom to the other.

Accessible through a sliding door, the Lagoon 440 features a large salon that can easily accommodate 8 people. The light wood finish of the bright interior has a soothing effect. The characteristic vertical windows of Lagoon not only offer a panoramic view through the salon but also allow sunlight to filter without heating the interior.

The curved sofa in the salon with its thick padding provides a comfortable resting space and faces the L-shaped kitchen, equipped with spacious countertops, three stainless steel sinks, a three-burner stove with an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer. There is also a sliding window that can be opened for fresh air or to reach the aft cockpit. The entire cockpit is protected by a rigid fiberglass roof. There is also plenty of storage space in the form of cabinets lining the top of the kitchen.

The owner's version of the Lagoon 440 replaces the two cabins on the starboard hull in the charter version with a private suite. The private suite has a main berth of 175 cm with the same light wood finish and also features a comfortable sofa and storage space in the form of a hanging locker, cabinets under the bed, and drawers. There is also a dressing table with a stool that can be removed and a separate and spacious shower compartment. The large window in the cabin allows light but only opens one way to ensure privacy. The two other cabins on the port hull also house double berths and adjoining shower compartments, but the cabins are not as large as the main suite.

This catamaran measures over 13m (44 ft) in length, and thanks to the best ergonomics, everyone can enjoy the sea breeze to the fullest!

Inside, due to the large openings in the hull, the salon and cabins are particularly bright:

The bright and well-ventilated salon is enhanced, offering a large table, wide and comfortable seats, and incredible panoramic views, inviting occupants to appreciate different backdrops. Across from it is an impressive "L"-shaped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel countertops facing the cockpit. It is specially equipped with a large oven, triple sink, three-burner stove, and two refrigerators. Let's not forget to mention that the Lagoon 440 cabin has a "queen-size" bed, optimized space, and luxurious furniture that offers plenty of storage space while meeting the requirements expressed by the entire ship.

At the back, the cockpit is very spacious, protected from the sun and rain by the rigid Bimini Island: a privileged place for relaxation, whether at anchor or under sail!

The cockpit is installed above the roof, and the entire ship is very clear.

This vessel has undertaken long voyages with its previous owners, equipped with numerous options, and is ready to set sail again; it's just waiting for you!
