MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Located under the saloon sole, twin Perkins 6.354 HT six-cylinder 145hp turbocharged diesel engines. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Twin Morse-type single lever controls at both helms with electric start. Twin 454L stainless steel fuel tanks (modified for improved access and cleaned in 2019). Shaft drive to bronze three-bladed propellers. Engine and systems instrumentation including NMEA 2000 fuel and water gauges. Trim tabs (currently fixed but could be returned to adjustable easily if required).
The engines appear to be in good condition and have clearly received good levels of maintenance across both current and previous ownerships. They were last serviced in June 2023, and notable works included reconditioned fuel injector pumps and turbochargers in 2015, and stern glands repacking in 2019.
