Accommodation: Mall Maison is a lovely boat and would make an excellent family boat or live aboard. Early viewing is strongly recommended.
Access to Mall Maison is gained via bathing platform, through the transom door into the aft cockpit. There is then a moulded staircase up to the flybridge.
There’s a large ‘J’ shaped aft seating with stowage beneath and side storage lockers. The engines are beneath.
There is a set of sliding doors which lead into the light saloon.
There is a drinks cabinet upon entry on the Stb side, next to a two person sofa (Switch panel behind back rest) with storage beneath.
The helm is also Stb side and is clear and uncluttered.
Opposite is the dinette. This will easily accommodate 4+ adults. There is additional storage beneath.
Moving fwd through the saloon. You step down in to the well-equipped ‘U’ shaped galley. It’s fitted with an all-in one-piece Corian worktop incorporating a double sink. It benefits from a 4 ring LPG hob, Smev oven, fridge, storage and work surface.
Opposite is the shower/toilet compartment. It’s fitted Shower with mixer tap, hand basin with mixer tap, manual sea toilet, storage, surface space, large mirror, opening port hole and Jack and Jill door through to the primary cabin and guest cabin.
The guest cabin is light and spacious. It has a vanity cabinet, small seating area and a large double bed which can be separated into two singles. Theres also a good size storage locker and two opening port holes.
FWD is the primary cabin. This has an offset double bed. There’s also a small seating area, wardrobe, and dressing table. Overhead reading lights, two opening port holes and a heck hatch.

Inventory: EDC Controls, 2x VHF radio, 2x speed logs, 2x depth sounders, 2x compasses and barometer. Stereo, Bow thruster, Webasto warm air heating, 240v shore support and battery charger
