Meticulously designed by John G. Alden in 1939 Malabar XII,  all construction details and scantlings are worth seeing.  Annual maintenance has been carried out in early March 2020 by the owner. Deck Varnish / New Deck Sikaflex work, Rigging Wires have been checked and serviced.
