Monotipo RS 21 n.193 launched in 2021 equipped with a road trailer and cover tarp and electric motor, ready to race. RS 21 Sporty, lightweight and especially also available in a zero-emission version. We are talking about the new sailing boat RS21, a keel monotype from the English shipyard RS Sailing,with a Torqeedo electric motor. The motor foot lifts and disappears into the hull during sailing, eliminating the friction of the propeller. It has a power equivalent to a traditional 3 HP and is powered by a lightweight lithium battery located in the bow locker.

The 2023 racing calendar includes the RS21 Cup Yamamay planned over five Acts and focused on sustainability. The RS21 Italian Class has started the ISO 20121 certification process, the first in the world in sailing, for Sustainability Event Management, and has also confirmed for 2023 the complete offset of residual CO2 emissions for the entire circuit together with Up2You.
