All openings and stainless steel are in good condition. The gelcoat on all superstructures is mostly in very good condition, still shiny and white.

Interior:
No particular remarks to make about the interior presentation condition. The woodwork, wall coverings, upholstery, and floors are in good overall condition. All comfort equipment is in working order.

Mechanical:
On this point, the boat is perfectly maintained. All service history is available since commissioning. The boat has been serviced annually. The revision of the heat exchangers is scheduled for May 2025 at the same time as the antifouling. The engine compartment is in good condition, no signs of leaks, the bilge is clean.
