We are selling a share of co-ownership:

Lollipop is currently owned by two co-owners. The first resides in France and sails for 1.5 months a year in Tahiti and its islands (from November 15 to the end of December/early January). The second is on a sabbatical year in French Polynesia and will sell their shares, which are to be bought back.

Do you want to sail at a lower cost in this magnificent earthly paradise that is Tahiti and its islands? Don't wait and contact us! We are looking for a nice sailing family to live and sail on Lollipop during the long periods when we are not there. You buy back the €120,000 corresponding to the share of the co-owner currently on Lollipop, you sail for 10.5 months (or more if you wish, but Lollipop must be free from November 15 to December 31), you take care of and maintain Lollipop, and at the end of your journey, if Lollipop, according to expert opinion, has not deteriorated more than normal wear and tear, we will buy back your shares at the amount of your investment (€120,000). Only constraints:

1- Lollipop must be free from November 15 to the early days of January,

2- You must carry out maintenance-improvement work during your ownership at a rate of €1,000 per month of presence on Lollipop,

3- You must be able to produce a solid nautical CV on sailing boats.

The Outremer 45 is the most well-known model from the French shipyard Outremer. It started in 2000 and ended in 2010 with 40 units produced (Lollipop is hull number 36). A true success story that continues to resonate as a reference for long-distance travel.
Gérard Danson created a superb cruising catamaran, versatile, powerful, easy to use even with a very small crew, if not alone!
A lot of pleasure in sailing as it is a fast and lively boat at all speeds. Its pleasant cockpit makes life easy at anchor.
Lollipop is a very beautiful version with 3 owner cabins (easily convertible to 4 cabins), with a dedicated bathroom and separate shower.
Lollipop has been carefully equipped for world cruising in total comfort: a rigid bimini, a SSB radio, a 30L/h watermaker, 600w of solar panels, AIS, 2 refrigerators and a freezer, a complete and high-quality set of sails (1 main sail hydranet, 1 solent, 1 code 0, 1 gennaker, 2 spinnakers), hydro generator, rigging completely replaced in 2020/2022.
Its maintenance has been carried out meticulously over the years, allowing it today to be in impeccable condition!
Lollipop has had 5 owners since its first launch.
The first from 2008 to 2011 did a tour of the Atlantic.
The second sailed in the Mediterranean and then undertook work at the Outremer yard (extension of the skirts, installation of a rigid bimini, reconditioning of the
engines. Then it went to Amsterdam where the rigging was removed and then to Switzerland to redo the electrical part. It crossed the Atlantic to the Caribbean
where it was sold in Martinique in 2017.
The following owners had an appraisal done in St Martin before acquisition and then sailed to Polynesia where they took the boat out in Apataki and then
sold it at the end of 2019 to the previous owner who himself sold it to the current owners.
The boat has paid taxes in Polynesia (Papeetisation), so it can remain sailing in Polynesia without restriction! A great opportunity to explore this magnificent playground
that is Polynesia!
