Description
”Binziyad is a classic 38.4-meter sailing yacht by Ortona Navi, with design and naval architecture by John G. Alden. Built in 1991 and refitted in 2022, she combines timeless elegance with modern functionality. Her aluminum hull and superstructure ensure durability, while her spacious 8.44-meter beam allows for up to eight guests and seven crew members to enjoy a luxurious onboard experience.
Powered by a Caterpillar engine, Binziyad cruises comfortably at 11 knots with a top speed of 12 knots, and her 26,000-liter fuel capacity makes her ideal for extended journeys. Binziyad offers exceptional value in her class—whether for personal exploration or charter potential.”
The interior accommodation can be divided into three areas:
Guest accommodation on the lower deck midship, the crew accommodation on the lower deck forward & salon/dining area on the main-deck.
There are four guest rooms in total, all being accessed from a dedicated central hallway.
A large master stateroom with a central king-size bed is sited amidship with a large en-suite head to port. Head includes a large shower stall which use to include a steam bath.
Aft of the master cabin is one twin cabin to port followed by two mirror image double cabins to port and starboard. All cabins feature en-suite head with shower stall, the double cabins feature a third Pullmann berth.
Opposite the twin cabin to starboard lays a study, which can be converted into a fifth guest cabin and shares the head with the starboard aft cabin.
On the main-deck, above the guest accommodation lays the large salon with C shaped settee on the port side, and a bar to starboard. The dining area is in the most forward section.
There is also a guest WC located in the salon.
Aft of the salon and slightly raised is the wheelhouse.
Crew quarters comprising of crew mess, forepeak fitted with 6 bunk berths, and 1 captains cabin with queen size beds are found respectively forward and starboard of the galley in the forward part of the vessel.
All crew cabins have en-suited heads with shower compartments.
The engine room is found beneath the salon and accessed through a watertight door from the galley.
The cabin interiors are well appointed, finely executed and well maintained.
Joinery and woodwork in general are all in satisfactory condition and well looked after.
Cabin soles in the master stateroom and in the salon are carpeted.
Crew quarters have PVC and teak lined floor boards. Upholstery and soft materials are in very good condition.
