Here is an opportunity a little out of the ordinary:

The vessel "Hansa" is classified as a boat but is a floating hotel for up to 120 people. "Hansa" has high income potential with its 62 cabins and other facilities.

The vessel has not been in use in the last year and bears the mark of this. Exterior upgrade is required;

"Hansa" was built in Budapest, Hungary in 1962, and was registered under the Polish flag until 2015. After this, Hansa has been located in Sweden, Karlskrona, where the vessel has been used for student accommodation in combination with a hostel in the summer. The vessel has had time-limited building approval for student accommodation/hostels on vessels, last period September 2015 to October 2020.

Steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Hull is insulated with 7 cm polyurethane, distance outer hull to inner hull approx. 20 cm.

The vessel is motorized with two SKV diesel engines, estimated at 400 hp each, but towing must be used as a starting point when the vessel is to be moved.

The current owner will not continue to operate the floating hotel, the vessel must be moved and there is therefore an opportunity to pass on to the next owner. '
