Description
MATTHIESEN & PAULSEN SLOOP
Magnificent old wooden and epoxy sailing vessel, ideal for participating in sea regattas or for romantic cruises. This epoxy laminated wooden sloop with its wooden and iron frames, new rigging, and new sails makes this sailboat efficient and very pleasant to steer. Its wooden mast, its canopy, and its wooden and cane interior fittings make it an elegant sailboat with many assets.
HEIMAT (my beloved country in German) is a Bermudian Sloop from 1935, built in ARNIS, a village in Germany (Baltic Sea) at the MATTHIESEN and PAULSEN shipyard (still in operation), the architect is A. TILLER. It is classified as a heritage interest vessel (BIP)
